How do we reposition the Belastingdienst as a more empathetic & proactive organization?
The Tax and Customs Administration (Belastingdienst) is more often in the news as a 'burden' than as a 'service'. While the Belastingdienst is in service of a financially healthy Netherlands. And therefore, in the service of all of us. That's why we show the new Belastingdienst from its most serviceable side. By demonstrating that there is a suitable service for every change: a checklist on the website, a physical helpdesk or support point, the Belastingtelefoon, but also the income tax return that is already largely filled in, for example.
This series of campaigns emphasizes that you are not alone. Therefore, we created specific campaigns for targeted audiences, such as young first-timers who have to file their tax returns for the first time. Or we show that we are in the service of entrepreneurs, in the service of people who struggle with their tax return, in the service of Dutch people who are less digitally skilled, etc.
